Hoki is a member of the cod family. These natural hoki fillets, from MSC certified sustainable fisheries in the south-west Pacific Ocean around New Zealand and Australia, have been coated with a crunchy tempura batter. A delicious combination of textures and flavours: the mild taste and juicy texture of the boneless hoki fillets with the crunch of the tempura batter.
