Lightly dusted yellowfin sole

These natural fillets of yellowfin sole, from MSC certified fisheries in the north-east Pacific Ocean, have been lightly dusted with a fine flour coating flavoured with lemon & pepper. The light dusting protects the delicate fish flesh and ensures a great baking result and taste sensation after preparation in the oven, in regeneration equipment, or in a pan, fryer or airfryer.
